Diligent Accounting is a digital bookkeeping and accounting firm providing services to sole traders, partnerships and small limited company businesses across the UK.

Our services include bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, year-end accounts and tax returns using the latest cloud accounting software packages such as Xero, Quickbooks and Sage Business Cloud.

Diligent Accounting is a trading name of Diligent Accounting Services Limited and we are registered in England and Wales under company number 12598278.

About the owner

Director James Bulmer created the company following 20 years in the insurance/financial services industry and this is his proudest moment. There’s nothing he loves more than dealing with numbers and statistics, and the accounting industry is his passion. He also loves dealing with different types of people and building long-lasting relationships.

When James is not burying his head in numbers, he is a keen runner and hiker, adores spending time in the countryside (especially in country pubs!), loves to travel and follows his hometown football team, Middlesbrough FC.
